It's been a fabulous season. 35 groups of holidaymakers have made happy memories in my lovely caravan this year.

If you would like a very reasonable out of season break, I have lots of Autumn/Spring breaks available. I have double glazing, a gas fire in the lounge, blow heaters under the wardrobes in the bedrooms, an oil filled radiator, a heated towel rail in the bathroom and 6 teal coloured throws to keep you warm and cosy.

Bookings are rolling in and my summer holiday weeks are gone. However, I have many very reasonable weeks/weekends available at the beginning of the season from Mar-June.

At a glance, you are looking at a very comfy, well equipped caravan with decking and outside dining.
Panoramic sea views.
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 8.
Beds made up on arrival, prosecco in the fridge and early check in from 1pm.
In the top 3 out of 100 for excellent reviews.
Prices undercutting Haven and Newmans for my standard and quality of caravan.
Double glazing, gas fire, under wardrobe blow heaters, heated towel rail and an oil filled radiator to keep it toasty.
There will be good WiFi, new for 2022.

Renters will be required to take their temperature before obtaining the keys, to try to minimise the risk of covid.

Devon Cliffs is closed until the 1st July now, due to the coronavirus. Holidaymakers wishing to cancel are being refunded their balance and damages deposit but their booking deposit of 20% is being retained to be used on another booking within a year. This is, however, negotiable for families experiencing financial hardship at this time. Stay safe, stay home, protect the NHS.

Does the thought of an extended time at home with the kids off school, give you that sinking feeling? Take them to Devon Cliffs. Kids are low transmitters of the virus, especially if you are outside. If you decide to cancel, your balance is returned. You 20% booking fee is retained but can be used towards another holiday within the year.

Deluxe static Caravan for Hire on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park. Devon Cliffs is Haven's flagship park. Exceptional facilities, friendly staff, a gorgeous, private, soft, sandy beach, safe swimming, perfect for walking on the South Devon coast path.

A gorgeous nearly new caravan in a convenient, quiet location, Larchwood 15, with panoramic sea views and additional picnicking space to the front and side of the pitch. New decking for 2019 for outdoor dining. A modern open plan, well equipped kitchen, diner and lounge, 3 bedrooms; 1 double and 2 twins with a pull-out double bed in the lounge. Sleeps up to 8 guests. 2 bathrooms, 1 with a modern shower. Parking beside the caravan in dry weather only or one caravan away in parking bays. A short walk (5-6 mins) to the entertainment complex and to the beach (8-9 mins) although you can drive to both if you have limited mobility. Very comfortable, I absolutely love it there!

Nearly new, luxurious, immaculate, well equipped Abi Horizon Holiday Home. All contents and electricals are new including 32" TV with DVD, fridge with freezer box, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, laundry basket, door and bath mats, mattress protectors, duvets, duvet covers, pillows, pilliow protectors, pillow cases, 90 DVD's, 4 lamps, fan, beach and board games, first aid kit, oil filled radiator, 6 throws, designer cushions, 6 new picnic chairs, 2 sun loungers and table. Attractively decorated in a seaside and country theme.

Bedding is included and made up for you. This caravan comes with extras to make your holiday preparation easier. Handwash in both bathrooms, dish washing brush and liquid, 2 toilet rolls, kitchen roll, bin liners, cleaning products, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, vinegar, ketchup, milk, dish cloths, tea towels and hand towels.

All bookings include a bottle of prosecco, and lemonade for the children, as a thank you for staying in my holiday home. New in 2019, decking on the front of the caravan (16' x 8') for outdoor dining with glorious sea views.
