See the new light displays at Budleigh’s Late Night Shopping event, this Friday 29th November, from 5pm ✨

Budleigh Salterton is proud to unveil the Town’s new Christmas lights this week!
The much needed new lights this year have been funded from a combination of sources. Donations came from Budleigh Salterton Carnival Club, the (now closed) BS Chamber of Commerce, Cllr Christine Channon's Devon County Council Locality Budget, Budleigh Salterton Lions Club, Rockfish - Budleigh Salterton, and Budleigh Salterton Town Council, plus several private donations too!

The Shop Budleigh team would like to extend their thanks to all of those who donated to this year’s lights and their installation.The Christmas trees were also kindly donated by Clinton Devon Estates Estates as they always are, and with thanks too to Gary and his team at GD Construction for collecting them and putting them up.

These new lights have cost a lot of money, but when we asked our residents what they thought about the Christmas lights, it quickly became apparent how important they were to many who live, work and shop in Budleigh.
Shop Budleigh are already raising funds for next year, to build on the new display, the hope being to offer an even better display next year.
