Here at Elite Offset Printers, we're an all round print and design company specialising in digital and lithographic printing. A true family business, our Governor Fred still runs the machines, assisted by wife Denise who does the finishing. Eldest daughter Carly is our excellent in house Graphic Designer with over 15 years' design experience, whilst youngest daughter Katie is our Account Manager r

esponsible for customer service, admin and invoicing. We're proud to say that some of our original customers from 1992 still use us to this day. Most of our business comes from recommendations and we firmly believe that this is down to our fantastic customer service, high quality of work and competitive prices. Based in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, our clients range from SMEs to large corporate organisations and our work can vary from 500 business cards for a start up company, to 1 million flyers for national distribution. With a highly creative in-house design team, we can create eye-catching, professional artwork, or if you prefer to use your current artwork for your printing requirements, we're happy to work with that. Fab A4 Perfect Bound books recently produced for one of our customers. This 'PUR binding' finish really sets off these books and is a step up from the humble staple. In this case, the amount of pages meant the books wouldn't lie flat if they were stapled, so our customer opted for PUR binding. Hopefully you agree it looks great and so professional. Yoga doesn't have to be a serious affair! In my classes there are parts that are about learning or in relaxation so we will be a bit quieter here and there are other parts that are fun and are about exploring what our amazing bodies are capable of.

I absolutely love this photo of me guiding my mum into Happy Baby Pose (Ananda Balasana) She's my number one supporter and I'm grateful that she comes every week to class. At first she found it really challenging as she's so used to fast pace HIIT classes, but after sticking with yoga, she's found that they really complement each other.
