⚓Rhea was lucky enough to go onboard the Disney dream while she was in Liverpool last week! 🐭
Disney cruise line exceeded my expectations on so may levels and I did not want to get off.
The Disney dream has rotational dining meaning you will have 3 restaurants that you dine in on a typical 7 night stay, Enchanted garden, Royal Palace and Animators Palace. All 3 are included in the cruise fare and your waiter stays with you all throughout your stay so gets to know your dietary requirements and drink preferences. In addition to these restaurants there are 2 payable al a carte options.
With lots of quirky bars,entertainment venues, children's clubs and exclusive shows for example Beauty and the Beast. Children and adults will never be bored. Disney films at sea on top deck, regular films in the onboard cinema along with Disney quizzes and trivia. A Disney cruise is truly a Disney fans dream (I was in heaven!)
We had a look around a few different cabins types and I loved the inside staterooms. All inside staterooms come with the magical porthole that shows different scenes from the port your in along with some Disney magic surprises. The family Balcony staterooms are very spacious with pull down beds that get made up everyday to give families that extra space, balcony fully furnished and benefit from a split bathroom.
A Disney cruise is truly a Disney fans dream (I was in heaven!)

Is there enough to do onboard a cruise ship?
⛳ Our Marella ships have many of the facilities that you would find in our 4/5 star resorts. You will find a range of activities such as mini golf, rock climbing walls, swimming pools and a full entertainment programme to ensure there is something for you to do all day, everyday
Will I feel restricted on a cruise ship?
🗺️ Most of our Marella itineraries feature only one day at sea, the rest you will wake up and spend the day in a different port of call before coming back onto the ship for your evening meal and entertainment. You can get off and independently explore each port or make the most of your day by booking one of Marella's shore excursions.
Will I get to truly experience a country if the ship changes port each day?
📍 Cruises are a great way to get a feel for different places with the added bonus of only unpacking once! You could even find inspiration for your next holiday destination. Our itineraries will often visit multiple ports in one country allowing you to get a real feel for different areas of the country and some itineraries even stay over night in some ports to allow a deeper exploration. If one night isn't enough, add on a hotel stay before or after your cruise!
Am I too young for a cruise?
👨👩👦 The average age of a cruiser now is 46 and continues to fall. Cruise ships continue to be revolutionised and are like floating resorts. This makes cruises a great family holiday option as there are many facilities and kids clubs on board our ships (except Marella Explorer 2, our exclusively adults ship).
