We are absolutely delighted to receive Planning Approval for this one!!!

We have been working on this project tirelessly. The aim was to ensure the brief provided by the client was met, fully assessed, and implemented in line with the relevant planning policies and design guides.

There were lots of different schemes and feasibilities, and we returned to the drawing board numerous times before committing to the proposals we have today.

The aim was to submit a scheme that would receive a positive response from the planning department with minimal obstacles. This has proven to be a success as the proposals were approved under delegated powers by the Planning Department.
