Good evening all!
Just to let you know we will be relocating and selling tickets from Cadno Furniture & Antiques through Payzone👌We will keep you updated 👍
We would like to thank all our commuters for all the support over a very few difficult years.
We hope the service will settle a little but we will continue to support the community the best way we can.
We understand the lack of support in this digital world and we will continue to help support the most vulnerable in the community.
A huge thank you to all the staff that worked along side us providing first class service and over and beyond in most cases.
We will provide a notice for help and support in the window and online tomorrow.

Keep Smiling and stay safe 🙂

Many thanks Lee & Amanda x

🗣️Changes to service

We're advising customers to check for the latest information before travelling as services continue to be impacted by train shortages and engineering work.

We've temporarily withdrawn a number of our Class 175 trains to allow additional maintenance checks to be carried out following some recent mechanical issues.

These maintenance checks have found that some of the trains need further repairs to the engines before they come back into passenger service.

As a result, disruption to passenger services is likely to continue into early April.

Timetable amendments are updated in online planners regularly. Please check for amendments: https://tfw.wales/plan-a-journey

About....

We wanted to ensure the safeguarding and future of the Burry Port Ticket Office due to the previous owner commencing early retirement.

Working hard to put a business plan together we got together with Arriva Trains Wales and submitted out business plan.

It is a difficult time as the new Franchise Operators were also due to take over.

With the new franchise coming up we submitted our plan and were not put of.
