Hello, November! One of my favourite months for cosy evenings, crisp days, and candle-lit relaxation.
Next Thursday, I’m off on our winter UK break, starting with 4 nights in Pooley Bridge, then back to the beautiful Isle of Arran for the third time this year!
Meanwhile, some of my clients are wrapping up 2024 with incredible journeys to some truly special places! From the lush landscapes and ancient temples of Sri Lanka to the thrill of the Qatar F1 Grand Prix and Iceland’s glaciers, hot springs, and possibly even the Northern Lights!
A few are diving into holiday spirit with Christmas shopping in New York, while others are heading to Vietnam to explore bustling cities, serene rice terraces, and historic landmarks.
Some travellers are off to Dubai for a blend of luxury and adventure, while others unwind on the tranquil beaches of Thailand and Malaysia. And for those looking to end the year in paradise, Mauritius is ready with its crystal-clear waters.

We finished our journey with a beautiful 13-mile loop around Derwentwater, starting from Keswick. The trail took in breathtaking views from peaceful lakeside paths to the towering fells beyond.
🌟 Highlights from today:
Friar’s Crag: A must-see for stunning, panoramic views of the lake.
Brandelhow Park: Tranquil woodland paths, perfect for a quiet break.
Lodore Falls: A short detour leads to this picturesque waterfall — a refreshing stop for a cheeky drink!
As we head home tomorrow, I'll be back in the office on Monday, ready to help you create memories of your own!
Fun Fact: Keswick
Keswick is home to the world’s first pencil museum! It even has the world’s largest coloring pencil, nearly 8 meters long!
Today we explored the beautiful Keswick to Threlkeld Railway Trail 🌿🚶♀️
This peaceful walk follows the old railway line alongside the River Greta, with amazing views of Blencathra and the surrounding fells.
Walking over restored railway bridges, woods, and open countryside, alongside gorgeous river views.
