It’s time for a few pics from the Salmon & Whiskey festival weekend. Tartine hosted food tours,A Gourmet Supper Club,A Pop-Up Salmon Shack and ran a NNCG Market Seafood Chowder stall. We contributed to ‘Meet the Maker’ at the VIC ,assisted with a Taste Trail and delivered a Festival Salmon Platter cookery demo live at Sharvagh House and for the BBC Radio Ulster Countryside show! We served lunch and dinner Festival specials with aplomb and ….We ❤️ loved every moment!! It was great to see so many people coming together and experiencing everything that the festival and indeed Bushmills has to offer. We had a fantastic time in London at the UK YOUNG RISOTTO CHEF finals staged in the ‘H’ Club at Tottenham Hotspur stadium. Tartine chef Tyler Campbell was one of the final 12 competitors out of over 200 entrants. He represented the Causeway region with his risotto dish made using local produce @bushmillsuk whiskey, @corndalefarm chorizo and @dart_mountain_cheese Banagher bold cheese. No podium place this time but to have reached the finals was an achievement in itself #risottochef #londonlife
