Sarah and I have decided to work towards a retirement so you'll see adverts like the one below starting to appear on the internet. Being up for sale does not and will not in any way change the way that we look after all of our guests, the new ones and the many regular returners.

Please have a look at our updated website which now includes details of our B&B accommodation and both of our self catering cottages: Walnut Cottage for up to 4 people, Lavender Cottage for up to 6 people.
We are easy walking distance into Buxton for eating and drinking and we are great location as a base for exploring the Peak District National Park.

A hidden gem in the Peak District’s peaceful Goyt Valley 👣🌿

The spectacular Millennium Walkway in the High Peak town of New Mills is 160m long and stretches over the River Goyt, linking to the pretty Torrs Riverside Park 🌳

This scenic spot is known for its heritage links and peaceful walks. It’s also easy to access by public transport with great links by bus and train from Manchester and Sheffield 🚌🚂

8 years ago today Sarah Mizon and Paul Andrew Mizon moved into Hawthorn Farm Bed & Breakfast.
We now have 4 rooms for the B&B plus Lavender Cottage for 6 people plus Walnut Cottage for 4 people.
That’s enough to keep us out of mischief 😂😂
