Whether you out for some down time, or to do a recky of the 3000's were it. We are located in North Wales at the foot of England and Wales tallest mountain. Ideal location for Snowdonia Walking and Climbing

Offer for weekend 20th September 2 nights £100 we going back in time to pre pandemic prices. £25 per person per night.

A good alternative to camping, pods are our 2 person cabins, equipped with heaters, electric with access to hot showers and kitchenette, which has toaster microwave.

Other attractions nearby, Zip World, Copper mines, Craflwyn, Aber falls, lakes llyn dinas llyn gwynant. Caffi Gwynant beach at black rock sands beach and a couple of castles, Portmeirion, village Beddgelert with pubs and eateries, Bistro Hebog. For those rock climbers we are a short hop from bouldering in Capel Curig, and the routes of Tremadog crag.

For those wet suit activists we now have drying rooms in Dragons Den and Dragons Lair

Be the first to stay in renovated Dragons Den and Dragons Lair Log Cabins.

We have completed £40k refurbishment of our two private hiker friendly cabins, Dragons Lair and Dragons Den ideal for families, couples and groups. More comfortable and less risky than sleeping under canvas for a few pounds more.

We are now taking advanced bookings for September. They represent a significant upgrade over previous configuration a lot warmer and improved air quality.

The Den upgrades include:

dishwasher, fridge full 4 burner gas hob, oven, kitchen seating for 6, new black sparkle bathroom, corner sofa bed, family bedroom with double bed.

Sleeps 4-6.

We removed the shared doorway and added extra sound proofing in the wall to create more privacy and space.

The Lair upgrades:

We now have the same family style bedroom as the den, added a double bed, two single bunks in L configuration. Added small breakfast bar, with two ring/grill induction hob, kitchen sink and small fridge. Perfect for cooking up a quick breakfast under cover before you blast up the watkin trail.

For the first 8 bookings we are offering the same introductory price as a glamping pod which works out at £32.50 per person per night a minimum of two nights for four people.

We throw in complementary bedding and wifi.

There may be the odd snag as they are new so your feedback and usage in the new configuration is invaluable to us to help make it even better.

For this introductory price all we ask is that you at least once.

Our Story

Camping Pods are the warm and dry way to camp no matter the weather.....Our Pods sleep 2 people in twin beds, feather quilts and pillows, heaters and electric points! Dog friendly and WiFi available. We are located just 300m from the Watkin Path to the top of Snowdon, near to Zip World sites and 2.5 miles from the chocolate box village of Beddgelert with shops, restaurants and dog friendly pubs.

We have also added 2 bunk rooms for families or larger groups sleeping 4 each and for a little extra luxury why not try Maple Lodge Log Cabin which is self contained and sleeps up to a maximum of 4 people.

All our accommodation is available for 1 nights stays and set within 4 acres of mountainside woodland - shared with our holiday cottages and the local wild goats!
