Almost time for another Tuesday Tune-In today and today not only is our painted Yeti Dave back but we'll also be going all in on the 'Dangers of trekking at altitude'.

It's something we touched upon over the last few years and after last weeks 'Couch to Kili' live training session which was fantastic by the way, some of these themes came about so we wanted to go into more depth on this.

There’s one thing I’ll say right away: adventure travel comes with risks. But before you let that idea give you the heebie-jeebies, we'll be sharing what we uncovered during running 100's of high-altitude trips over the last several years. There are so many lessons and nuggets we've picked up and we can't wait to share some of these with you later today.

Some great shots coming in from our epic Winter Skills course in Cairngorms, Scotland led by our wonderful guide Smyrff as EverTrekkers prepare for Island peak, Mera Peak and beyond. Although the first day was low key due to getting blasted by Storm Eowyn, Saturday and Sunday were epic winter conditions for the team.
