Thought I'd share a little about how my floors are laid.
Stage 1. Level and prepare floor, I will never lay a single tile on a substrate that isn't 100% flat and level.
Stage 2. Setting out of the floor area. Each project is set out based on traditional floor layouts, sometimes a client might want to tinker a little but that's ok, the customer is nearly always right 🤭
Stage 3. Tiling. Tiles are laid freehand, no spacers required.
Stage 4. Application of sealer and grout to finish.
