Adult Classes 1 hr (7Β£)

Tues 7 - 8 am
Wed & Thur 6 - 7 am
Sat 9 - 10 am & 10 - 11am

Full Body Group Exercise Session - Learn to lift weights with good form and move with confidence, One hour session for all levels, lead & supervised by an experienced & fully qualified conditioning coach. We emphasize moving in multiple directions to constantly challenge our bodies & develop general athleticism a

s we age. In our sessions we cover various aspects of fitness from core stability, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness to agility, muscular endurance & strength. Youth Strength & Conditioning 45 min (5Β£)

Mon & Tues 4.15 - 5 pm

Youth - Ages 11 - 15 yrs Working on improving fitness, general athleticism/ strength and conditioning
45 min small group (6 max) coaching with Dec

Memberships 25Β£ per month
This training option is for the individual who wants access to the gym to do their own training in their own time (4am - 12pm)

If you haven't heard of Hyrox or not sure what it entails, it's a gruelling work out consisting of :

1 km run
1000m skierg
1 km run
50m sled push (102kg)
1 km run
50m sled pull (78kg)
1 km run
80 meters Burpee / Broad jumps
1 km run
1 km Rower erg
1 km run
200 meters Farmer carry (2*16kg KB)
1 km run
100 meters Sandbag (10kg) travelling lunges
1 km run
75 x Wall Balls (4kg)

Fantastic achievement Hols when done
