Our sessions are designed for children of all abilities and are run by highly trained professionals. In the Cambridge and Newmarket area we work i

n over 60 schools on a weekly basis supporting teachers, parents and children with Curricular Support, Extra Curricular Clubs, Wraparound Care, Premier Wellbeing (nutritional lessons) and Game of Actual Life (life skills programme for years 5 & 6. In the holidays we also deliver Multi Activity or Sports specific to engage all children and demographics. Typically held at school venues or leisure settings between 8.45am and 4pm. Our Start Sporty sessions are a fun way for early years to take their first steps in to physical activity and sport, with the fundamentals of movement being delivered through story telling. These are delivered in nurseries or playgroups or at the weekend. We continued to work with schools during lockdown, supporting with key worker and critical worker children. Therefore we have robust processes in place and our staff have completed Infection Prevention Level 2 qualifications to help ensure safe provision. Thanks to our longstanding reputation, we’ve been able to partner with UK Sports Associations. These partnerships allow us to offer comprehensive training to all our staff – that’s over 1000 coaches – to make sure every product we offer is world-class. Our partners include British Gymnastics, England Hockey, Table Tennis England & British Dodgeball. And that's a wrap for Week 1 of our Summer Holiday Camps! 🌞

This week we also hosted three incredible sport-specific camps at our venues: Performing Arts, Football, and Gymnastics.

⚽️ Football Camp: Our participants honed their skills with various activities including skill acquisition, tournaments, competitions, shooting, goalkeeping, and even some fun with inflatables!

🎭 Performing Arts Camp: Participants delved into dance, drama, and musical theatre, culminating in a spectacular performance for parents this afternoon.

🤸 Gymnastics Camp: Our gymnasts learned foundational skills, basic shapes, rolls, balances, and handstands, ending the camp with an impressive gymnastics demonstration.

A huge thank you to all attendees for making this week amazing, and we can't wait for Monday and more fun-filled adventures in week 2! 🌟

This morning St. Christopher's Primary School had a visit from Working With Wellbeing as part of our additional enrichment running over the summer holidays! ☀️

Today we:

▪ Learned about the brain and how it functions 🧠
▪ Practiced the tree pose relaxation technique 🌳
▪ Practiced different breathing exercises 🌬️
▪ Explored positive reinforcement through gratitude 🙏
▪ Introduced relaxation breaks to our day 🧘

MIND sessions are designed to help students acknowledge and understand their emotions, and to form positive thought processes. Our holiday camp MIND sessions aim to give students some helpful tools that can be used daily through childhood and adulthood to promote a happy and healthy lifestyle 🌟

We will be partnering with MIND and running these sessions across eight different venues over the summer!

We are ready for our Performing Arts Holiday Camps this Summer! 💃🕺🎬🎤🎭

They are perfect for children who love to perform, jam packed with activities such as cheerleading, street dance, drama, singing, musical theatre, gymnastics and many more.

Congratulations to University of Cambridge Primary School who raised £2,746.88 for the school and £277 for charity during the Euro 2024 Speed Kick Challenge ⚽️🎉

Children won prizes including trophies, water-bottles, PE bags and footballs; all children received a certificate.

Photos include the KS1 and KS2 overall top sponsorship raisers with their prizes, and Head of PE Mr Danji being presented with the cheque for the school 👏🏻

Whitsun Holiday Camps Round-Up! 🏀⚽️🏑🏏🤾🧘

Despite the weather, all our 11 holiday camp venues managed to find a way to make this week a joyful and exciting time! From Multi-Activity to Football and Performing Arts camps, kids engaged in a variety of fun games, activities, and challenges that made this week unforgettable!

This morning we kicked off our first Euro 2024 Speedkick Challenge Fundraiser Event of the Summer term at Babraham Primary School! ⚽️

We've just concluded another fantastic week of our Easter camps, running across a total of 16 venues in Cambridge, Newmarket, and Essex. 🎉

Yesterday wrapped up our Football Camp at Newmarket Town FC for the Easter Holidays! ⚽🌟

Our team were extremely impressed with the engagement of all children and their willingness to learn. The standard on show was nothing short of fantastic!
