Located within walking distance to all of the historical charm that Canterbury has to offer, this four bed home is perfect for a group of adults staying for business or pleasure. The house is entirely self-contained and designed with the comfort of our guests in mind.

With a contemporary modern feel, this 4 bedroom sleeps 6, all
rooms have small double beds, two of which are pushed up against the wall, hence why we list these as single occupancy rooms.

4 Double Bedrooms - All rooms have a dressing table/desk most with high level plugs for easy work access. The main living space features a fully equipped kitchen – instant hot water, electric hob/oven, microwave, family size fridge/freezer, coffee maker and toaster. Washing machine and tumble dryer provides an added bonus for longer stays. Self-served instant and filtered coffee, tea and sugar are available for free during your stay. The dining area is set for four, but there are two additional folding chairs available. The snug sitting area is complete with a TV for your viewing pleasure with complimentary streaming. Bathroom has a shower cubicle with instant hot water. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Pine View benefits from free on street parking (with additional bike storage in the back garden). The south facing back garden comes complete with seating, BBQ and hot tub (The hot tub water is changed for every new guest, so may not be hot when you arrive,
but it soon warms up- We provide separate towels for hot tub too

Weekly cleaning with a change of linen and towels is provided for longer stays. COVID-19 INFORMATION: Your safety is our priority. As part of our approach to make properties Covid secure please be aware that we now use contact free check in. You will receive an email with details of how to check in before you arrival. To maintain hygiene standards, all of our properties are professionally cleaned and our laundry is washed and ironed professionally off-site. Some really nice news today (Sunday 1 May) that this stunning Plane tree in the Westgate Gardens has been chosen as one of 70 ancient trees in the country to be featured in the Queen's Green Canopy initiative in celebration of her Platinum Jubilee.

Together, all the 70 trees and 70 ancient woodlands that have been selected will form part of an 'Ancient Canopy' to mark the Queen's 70 years on the throne.

The Westgate Gardens Plane tree is one of several dotted around the city. At approximately 200 years old, it is the oldest of them and has a girth of nearly nine metres.

Known as 'Baobabs Planes', at least three were planted in the early 1800s by local Victorian botanist and landscape designer William Masters. They are easy to spot due to their distinctive bulbous bark and impressively wide trunks.

I've not been out moon hunting for a while, so I thought I'd better make the most of the pink moon. This was this evening (Sunday), a day after the full moon and perfect to capture it rising over Canterbury Cathedral, taken just over a mile from The Cathedral.
