Set in the heart of Carbis Bay (2 miles outside St Ives) this 10 year old 2 bedroom apartment is ideally situated for local amenities and within a 10 minute walk of golden sandy beaches. Ideally situated for accessing both Carbis Bay and St Ives, the apartment offers an easy base for exploring the whole of the West Cornwall. Accommodation

Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area – modern kitchen with

microwave, integrated fridge, integrated washer/dryer, electric oven, halogen hob, extractor fan. Dining table with 4 chairs. Lounge with sofa bed, FreeView 32" TV, DVD player and Nintendo Wii. Bedroom One – double with double duvet and pillows and hairdryer. Bedroom Two – single with single duvet and pillows. Fold up Z bed (ideal for a child. Bathroom with electric shower, shaver point and heated towel rail. Dedicated parking can be found at the rear of the property with overflow parking at the front. Unfortunately we cannot allow dogs. Please can you provide your own bed linen and towels. This is a non smoking apartment. The apartment is available from 5.00pm and must be vacated by 9.00am on the day of your departure.
