Welcome to Laity Vean Farmhouse annex -

here are some directions to help you find us

1) From the A30 southbound follow direction to St Ives. You will pass over several roundabouts keep on the A30/Signs to St Ives. Eventually you will get to Lelant which is a small village before Carbis Bay.

2) Continue through Lelant, upon leaving Lelant and before you get to Carbis Bay you will see a turning on your left signposted ‘Little Trevarrack’. Take this turning and continue past several turns towards houses on the right.

3) After passing Polmennor Drive you will reach the last set of houses on the right hand side.

4) Just before Laity Vean Farmhouse that faces onto the road there is a turning into a courtyard of granite cottages one of which is Laity Vean Annex.

5) Please park in front of the light coloured double gates marked “Laity Vean Farmhouse Annex” – Please ensure you do not block the double garage, or the pottery barn as these will be in use by our neighbours and other guests.

6) Enter through the right hand side of the double light coloured gates (with the sign saying Laity Vean Farmhouse Annex). Follow the path towards the conservatory.
