Home at last from an amazing experience in Colombia! I would recommend to everyone the diversity of culture, food, and experiences. I will continue to share more about my trip over the next few weeks on Wellbeing Travel.

Last night was a bit challenging. My flight from Cartagena to Miami was delayed for 30 minutes. Despite having a "long connection time" of airline 2 hours, I barely made my connecting flight. Miami was chaotic due to the summer travel season.

Please, if you're traveling and have connections during the summer months, give yourself plenty of time. Ensure your baggage complies with all regulations and be prepared for additional security checks. Plan ahead to make your travel experience smoother!
