In business we have our ups and downs but it’s how we deal with the consequences of the downs that matter and what makes us the best around

So at 4 am this morning we suffered a break down while carrying 16 passengers from Cardiff to Bristol airport

Immediately on realising that this bus was going no further
We informed our passengers & after a quick assessment of the situation .
A Back up bus would take 45min to an 1hr to arrive
So
We agreed Taxis was the way forward
So we instructed the customers to make some calls
4 taxis secured and customers on way to the airport 30min delay customers on way &
Made there flight in plenty of time

90min later bus was recovered to our local
Garage and by 9am issue diagnosed repairs authorised we will be back on the road in 24hrs
Ready for our next job & our customers return

Now you thinking who paid for all those taxis
Well we immediately told the customers we will not be charging them so they paid for taxis
We will pick them up on there return
And the cost will be the difference between the cost of taxis and our original price
For Example
Price we quote for the job £100
Emergency Taxis cost £80
On return customers pays £20
Regardless of what happens the price we quote is the price you pay it will not cost you extra
That’s our unique travel promise
