Barry Beach this weekend (taken from Wales online) vs Antigua (my own pic taken today).

To get into Antigua everyone has to show a negative PCR covid test and face masks are still mandatory in public places. Daily covid case rates have averaged 0 to 1 per day since May. Compare to record rising covid cases in the UK, the Delta variant, no testing to go to the beach and now no requirement for face masks in England.

Yet the UK government are continuing to shut down international travel to countless safe and empty destinations with lower covid levels than the UK, needlessly destroying the tourism industry in the process.

I know where I feel safer.
