Huge Congratulations Certified NLP Coaches!

It was a pleasure to take this lovely group through the Certified Coach Programne.

Our exclusive and unique Coach pre-course study helps our students get ready and set the platform for us to build on during the training. Our students showed me via the pre-course study quiz they have already grasped the basics before they arrived. Then we built on this knowledge. They get to explore the theory, watch demonstrations and practice. There were so many light bulb moments. It’s always great when people train with us having trained elsewhere previously and they say they have learnt soo much from our course and their time with me in the training room.

This is why I love in person training 👇👇👇

This week I’m running our January Certified NLP Practitioner course in Cardiff and this photo captures why I love it so much … conversation & connection.

During breaks, while I’m setting up and during lunch, people ask questions, share experiences with each other, build connections, sit and have a cuppa together and bounce off each other. Ideas are explored, challenges shared & discussed, solutions are found. The commarardary created means the group members support each other and often life long friendships are created.

Whilst online training is super convenient, saves accommodation & travel costs and makes our courses accessible to people around the world, people simply don’t get the same type of experience. It’s good, but not as good as in person in my view.

🌟 What Limiting Beliefs Are Holding You Back? What if you could change them so your mindset better supports you to progress your career, start your business or achieve your goals? What if you could change what you thought was possible for you? Change what you thought you were capable of?

Today was Day 3 of our NLP Practitioner course in Cardiff, and we explored Limiting Beliefs—those beliefs you hold about yourself that hold you back or disempower you in some way. The truth is that many of us have them. They could be stopping people take action. The could be tripping you up. They could be clouding your view of what you think you could possible achieve. Do limiting beliefs stop you being successful? - not necessarily, but it's exhausting to have to live with them and constantly battle with yourself. I know because it used to be me.

Common limiting beliefs we often hear on our courses are:

❌ "I'm not good enough"

❌ "I don't believe in myself"

❌ "I'm not worthy"

❌ "I fear failure"

❌ "I fear being judged"

🎉 Do you recognise anyone? - Today I'm celebrating all our 2024 graduates!

It's always so lovely to celebrate all the progress & growth that each of these awesome people achieved in 2024. The new jobs & promotions they secured, the businesses they started, the growth in existing businesses they experienced, the revitalised outlook they have, the happier relationships they have, the new belief they have in themselves, the increased confidence to 'just got for it!' and/or the zest they rediscovered they have for life! This list of positive benefits that people tell me they get from our courses are endless and I'm super proud of them all 🥹 👏

The truth is that I do what I do because of the difference it makes to people's lives. It's what gets me out of bed in the morning. 🎄What Traditions do you have at Christmas? - are they the same or different to others you'll be spending this with this Christmas?

Christmas is well and truly upon us (anyone else get caught in the crowds today?!). I love Christmas and am reminded of a different Christmas 8 years ago with my brother and twin nephews in Florida (who were 18 months old at the time). It was very different on many levels – sitting on the beach covered in suntan lotion on boxing day, eating a full roast when it was 22 degree outside and spending Christmas day in shorts! This is not the usual tradition in our family! We’re usually sit around the open fire at Christmas in Devon and snuggled in our warm jumpers, the chocolates being handed around and usually the rain lashing down outside. Traditions around the world are different at Christmas and can be very different from family to family as well. We are all creatures of habit. For example; When on Christmas day are you ‘allowed’ to open your presents?
