Cenarth sits on the river Teifi which marks the border between the counties of Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion. The focus of the village is Cenarth Falls, a series of small waterfalls and pools and a well-known salmon leap.

In the village you'll find a couple of cosy pubs and a few tea rooms / cafes serving local produce.

Autumn in Wales is a celebration of sights and sounds. As the nights draw in and the dark skies of Autumn return, we remember Wales’ foremost landscape astrophotographer, the late Mr Alyn Wallace.

"As Autumn’s golden colours fade to night, the darkest of skies are filled with millions of stars”.

πŸ‚ As an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Wye Valley is full of picturesque autumn foliage and sweeping views.

🍁 Eagle’s Nest is one of the most stunning viewpoints in the Wye Valley set within Wyndcliff Wood.

✨ Tintern Abbey’s monastic ruins are a sight to behold in the autumn, with trees on the surrounding hills tinted red and orange.

🀎 For an impressive lookout, head to Kymin Tower, an 18th century round house and naval tower where you can observe gorgeous views of Monmouth and the Wye Valley.
