Just 1 mile from the wonderful Blue Flag Poppit Sands and just a few minutes walk from the award winning Ferry Inn. Situated in the medieval village of St Dogmaels, Tawelwch is a surrounded by history and adventure. The ruins of the Abbey date back to the 12th Century and nearby Cardigan Castle is even older! The coastal path begins (or ends) close by taking you to some of Wales’ most stunning bea

ches and coastlines. Tawelwch sleeps 4 with one king bedroom and one twin room. The lovely living room has stunning views of the river where you can watch the boats sail by. There is a jetty on the river where countless hours can be spent crabbing or fishing. The large conservatory is one of the most relaxing rooms in the house, especially when the sun shines. There is a shower room and a separate cloakroom, a kitchen and dinning room for those who want to cook. But there are some award winning pubs and restaurants very close by. The dog friendly enclosed garden catches the sun in the afternoons, ideal for a barbecue. Whether you are looking for a short break or a family holiday to one of the prettiest parts of the country, Tawelwch is the place for you.

We’ve been a bit quiet on social media in recent months, but behind the scenes we’ve been very busy.

Tawelwch has has a bit of a make over this winter and we’re so proud of the finished result we just had to share it with you.

We’ve had a stunning new shower room fitted by Carl and his fantastic team at Lifestile Tiling & Home Solutions with tiles supplied by Local Flooring and Tiles. Two great local companies who go the extra mile.

We’ve also had new blinds fitted in the conservatory, new beds and bedroom furniture, a new fireplace, mirrors and artwork and did we mention a new shower room? 😉

We think Tawelwch looks fabulous now and offers our guests a greater level of luxury during their stay. We hope you think so too. 😍
