After an extra long and wet winter, the cottage was in need of a deep spring-clean and will need lots of painting in the coming months. In between chores I added a new art installation :)

Relaxing Jubilee break at Pantmawr. God bless the Queen for arranging the fine weather. Only jobs planned have been a few tweaks in the main bedroom and some gardening. It's always a losing battle trying to tame the jungle at the back. Ferns can grow 1m in a couple of weeks! We are trying to add a little restrained colour to the naturalistic planting.

New 32" Smart TV with compact sound bar, old DVD player and hifi unit gone and better wall lighting in the bedroom.

So it's been a while since I last posted. It's been hard to get down here often enough to make many improvements but we start 2022 with good intentions. This weekend we've replaced the ancient incandescent spotlights (before they fell down). Also new microwave oven, kitchen tap replaced, new hall runner and art for the main bedroom. Coming soon larger smart TV and bedside table/reading light.
