The new en-suite shower room for the downstairs bedroom is up and running.

Kirkandrews House will be closing for 2 and a half weeks in October. We are building a new shower room for the downstairs bedroom. This will make it much easier for anyone who has a problem with stairs!

We have replaced the old, unreliable satellite with unlimited BT broadband. It is still slow but we are hopiong for an upgrade to fibre in the forseeable future.

www.Ownersdirect.co.uk. No fees to pay but the money side is dealt with by us.
www.Holidaylettings.co.uk . The guest pays a booking fee and the financial part of the transaction is purely through them. You pay a deposit and a final balance including the security deposit, which is refunded if no claim is made.
www.airbnb.co.uk. The guest pays a booking fee and the whole amount is due on booking.
The cheapest way to book is either through Owners Direct or through us.
