We offer eleven Luxury Glamping Pods, heated and equipped with en-suite shower room (the latest additions Cherry View and Holly View pods come with there very own copper bath). They’re all fully furnished to a high standard to make your stay stress free, comfortable and enjoyable. There's something for every type of traveller here: For lovers of the countryside we are located only 20 minutes from

the Lake District. Famous for it's lakes, forests and mountains plus thriving communities like Keswick and Bowness on Windermere. We are also 10 miles from the City of Carlisle which offers historic and modern attractions to enjoy, including art galleries, museums, sporting events, award winning parks, nature reserves and relaxing open spaces. The most well-known are the Cathedral and Carlisle Castle, which has dominated the city for nine centuries. There is also a bustling town centre with a large range of shopping. Come and join us in Spring time to help feed our baby lambs and meet our very friendly animals....Best Friends Forever!! Meet Pasturewood Holidays Richard and Rachel your Luxury Glamping hosts. You will receive a very warm welcome when you check in at reception on arrival along with their dogs Lola and Honey. Also you will get to meet the other animals in the surrounding fields of Pasturewood! The McCrone family opened their gates to Pasturewood Holidays in July 2015 after making the decision to diversify the land they owned into a luxury Glamping Site. Rachel and Richard raised their two lovely children Ellen and Owen in a world of wellies, mud, sheep and countryside. They decided to share their land with guests…so they too could wake up to the stunning views of the Lake District Fells and the amazing beauty of the surrounding countryside. Pasturewood Holidays itself continues to grow after starting with only three Luxury Glamping pods back in July 2015 which proved to be very popular with their home from home comforts all year round. Due to there popularity they added another three in July 2017 two with their very own wood fired hot tubs… to soak away life’s stresses while listening to the crackling of the log fire…also very popular. Our most recent project is the “Quiet Pasture” which offers new, modern luxury glamping pods for couples only with either a two person hot tub or a copper bath. The McCrone Family x

How many people can stay in this pod?
-This is one of our six family pods, Oak View sleeps up to four guests with a fixed double bed and pull out double sofa bed ✨

Does this pod have a hot tub?
-Yes Oak View comes with a family size wood fired hot tub which is heated for your arrival along with the fuel to heat it for the rest of your stay! 🔥

What’s included in the kitchen?
-There is a two ring hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, small fridge with freezer compartment along with all of the crockery, cutlery and utensils you may need for a stress free stay…all you need is your own food!🍴

Does this pod have a shower?
-Yes there is an en-suite shower 😊

Is there anything else useful we need to know about this pod?
-All bedding, towels and fluffy robes are included in the price ✨
-This pod is also wheelchair accessible with wider doors, larger shower and a couple of grab rails (ramp also available on request) 🚿
-central heating to keep you toasty warm 🧦
-complimentary coffee and tea box so you feel at home as soon as you arrive ☕️
-TV
-If you are staying with children there is play equipment for them to use and our resident animals to meet ⚽️ 🐑
-With all of our pods you can add on a selection of extras, exclusively for our family pods you can hire our BBQ house which is also great for small group bookings! 🌭

We are located in the rural Cumbrian countryside where you can enjoy some peace and quiet, we are 25+ mins away from the Lake District depending on where you would like to visit ⛄️…The Lake District fells will be especially beautiful on a crisp winters day🏔️

Don’t forget your wood fired hot tub will be heated for your arrival along with plenty of fuel for the fire for the rest of your stay 🔥

-No sorry this pod is for adults only and doesn’t accept pets, we do however have other pods on our site which are child and pet friendly 🐶

👙🔥 PASTURE VIEW & OAK VIEW GLAMPING PODS!! 🔥👙

In both of these family pods there is a fixed double bed for the adults and a pull out double sofa bed for the children…The extra bedding is neatly tucked underneath, these pods are great for both couples or families of up to four guests✨

The family sized wood fired hot tub is heated for your arrival along with lots of fuel for the fire in a log store for during your stay! 🤩

Our Pasture View pod is wheelchair accessible with wider doors and some grab rails in the larger en-suite, don’t worry as this pod can still be booked by non wheelchair users ❤️

Our 11 resident Pygmy goats love grazing and playing in the fields surrounding our pods especially when it’s sunny☀️…They will of course be extra charming and come over to the fence for some treats! 🙈🐐🥬 We have some information dotted around the site of what they can eat, also we have goat / sheep feed in our reception 🌾
