🏡✨ Happy back to school week next week 🥰 we had a blooming lovely summer indeed, even though the weather wasn’t the best we absolutely had a blast 💥 We hope that you all did too!

As the next school year starts and some are completely beginning we want to wish everyone luck 🍀❤️

We will be taking the next week off from Holme Head House to recharge and reset 😌🌞🌿🍄

We will be open the week commencing 9th September!
So open Wednesday (11th) and Friday (13th) both the usual times of 10am until 12noon 🩷

🌳🏡This week is the last week of our summer holiday fun! 🌦️

Come rain or shine we will be here with lots of fun activities and crafts for you all to enjoy ✨

We will be here tomorrow (Wednesday 28th) from 10am until midday 🕛
And again on Friday (30th) 10-12noon to finish off our summer sessions ☺️🩷

We will have Margret here with us on Wednesdays session for your little to have a go on the potters wheel for an extra £2, they will have something to take home to remember their summer fun 😍🌟

Wednesday 29th: 10am – 12pm (evening art sessions won’t be on this week!)

Please also note that there is no art sessions with Abby Kilfedder on the evening of Wednesday 22nd this week ☺️

Each session is £8 per child and is definitely recommended to please book in advanced as these spaces fill up fast ☺️ cash payment on the day as we don’t operate a card machine 🌼

We are kicking off our Easter holiday sessions today 10-12noon! 🌼✌🏼🧶🎨🖌️🌳🏡

Our door will be open with a very warm welcome on this wet April day 🌧️

£8 per child please only cash as we don’t operate a card machine thank you! Snack and refreshments are all provided to top up your littles energy levels for maximum play!

We also have the wonderful Margaret on the potters wheel today and each session these holidays for an extra £2 you’ll have a 1-2-1 mini session to create something you can take home! 🏺🪴

🌷🌹We had a gorgeous time last week at the evening art class with the wonderful Abby Kilfedder from Artscool with pastels and inks 🖋️✨

The class is on again tomorrow evening 6-8pm! All are welcome, £10 per person all materials supplied ☺️ This week we will be making willow wreaths from scratch 😍 something for you to adorn your front door for spring 🌸🪻🌾

No booking necessary but is always encouraged ✌🏼😌

🦋🌹We had an absolutely gorgeous week this week, not just because we had the sunshine but because we got to spend the week with all of you!

We did floral experiments with food colouring and water and used dried rose petals to make our very own soaps! 🧼 so we didn’t just have a lovely time but will all be smelling lovely too for weeks to come! 🌹✨

We are sorry to let you all know that due to unforeseen circumstances Holme Head House will be closed during the week of half term this February 🤍🩵💛 (12th till the 16th).

We are still open this week for Toddlers and more on Wednesday and Friday 10-12noon and of course .artscool will be with us on Wednesday evening 6-8pm for lots of art activities!

We will hopefully be back open as normal the week following half term, for toddlers and bookings sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will miss you all ☺️⭐️

🏡 Thursday is waiting for you ⭐️💫

This week with the half term in full swing we have lots to keep those little people in your lives happy.

As an extra this week we are opening up 10-12noon for a morning of arts and crafts, various play stations, imaginative play, woodland room and much much more 🍂🌞

We are also offering lunch after the session for an additional £3 for homemade soup and roll or £2 for a hot dog 🌭🥣 meaning not just their hearts will be full but also their tummies 🥰🧡

The session is £8 per child as normal and please remember cash only as we don’t operate a card machine ☺️

Please if your children want to dress up for the Halloween season we would absolutely love to see what characters, monsters or creatures you become 🎃👻

🍂 All the leaves are brown and we are getting crafty with nature 🌳

Did you know you can make natural laundry detergent out of horse chestnuts! 🌰
Well we treated the group on Friday to the secrets of this natural treat 💫

All you need is to forage yourself some horse chestnuts (conkers they are also well known as) chop up and take off the outer shells. Then pour over your boiling water and allow to soften, then blitz up with your essential oils of choice and viola 💁🏼‍♀️ your detergent is ready to use either to hand wash or pop into your machine!

And yes we Holme Head House give it our stamp of approval!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We absolutely loved getting not just the children involved but the adults too for this one, will you be giving it a try at home? 🏡

Here we have one of our regulars Miles having a little quiet time, between getting stuck into all the wonderful activities we had on offer today! 📕
