New cycle stand installed. With Brechfa Forest just down the road, there's plenty of great places to cycle locally. If you don't fancy bringing the car, we are able to arrange collection from our local train station too.

So far 2023 has brought us 200 airbnb bookings at Felinwen Holidays with guests who have left us a review. 198 of those have been 5 star and 2 have been 4 star. Not too bad we'd say - come visit, you're in for a lovely stay.

A lovely review today - and they left the lodge spotless!

Absolutely amazing! Literally cannot fault one thing about this place! Hosts communicated well & responded quickly both before and during our stay, had everything we needed and more, dogs absolutely LOVED the garden it’s more than big enough and we had 3 of them with us! Bed was comfy, lots to do around the area which were recommended by the hosts aswell, everything worked as described! Cannot name one fault, absolutely perfect! We will definitely be recommending to everyone we know & will definitely be back! 😍 Best weekend ever!!

Very proud of the lads today and always proud to sponsor our local team Abergwili Football Club!

Well here we are!

An absolutely outstanding game for the boys in blue who bounced back in some fashion from their lost last week.

We started the game off very positive and went 2 goals up. After a rifle of a goal from Iwan Davies from near the halfway line took us 1-0 up and another slotted shortly after from Luke Mason. We were still on top but conceded a penalty and another goal which took us into the half time mark at 2-2.

We then came out of the blocks in the second half with 4 goals within the first 15 minutes by Ashton Williams, Johnny Pockett and 2 more from Luke Mason to wrap up his hat trick. After some great spells of possession Ifan Freeman scored another great goal which nestled into the bottom corner. Another goal was then snapped up by Johnny Pockett and then we finished the game off with 2 more goals into the final 5 minutes scored by Matthew Devon and Johnny Pockett who also sealed his hat trick.

A great display from the boys offensively and defensively really put into practise everything we have been training.

Thank you to Clwb Pel-droed Llandeilo Football Club for the game today.

Another lovely review

"We've stayed at a number of small mini house type stays before, but this has to be the most well designed and presented one we've been fortunate enough to stay in so far. It didn't feel cramped, there was loads of natural light and a lot of thought has clearly gone into everything that is contained within it; there's nothing that we felt like it could have done with adding. On top of that, it was situated in a lovely secluded valley without so much of an echo of road noise. Perfect for a quiet getaway"

Very quick tour around one of our luxury wooden lodges. We only have the two here, so it's a special and private place to stay. Both have their own hot tub. log burner and garden too!

The weather outside is A-MAZ-ING today, but we still need to get ready for later in the year when the log burners will be used by our guests. Gareth Hefin Thomas and his brother are doing a superb job, with a service we would recommend to others - which means we have more time to get the lodges ready for our guests this weekend!

The sun may be out and no need for the log burners today, but the preparation for later in the year continues!
