The Drefach Felindre Walk 🚶🏽♀️
With a starting point at the must-visit National Wool Museum, this magical rural walk takes in the extensive network of ancient paths, tracks and drovers’ roads that thread their way through valley woodlands, along streams and over agricultural land, linking the mills and farms with the villages .
They lead walkers through ancient woodland (dating back to at least 1600), flower rich hedgerows and open fields that provide wonderful views over the local landscape and out towards the beautiful Teifi Valley
The walk itself is 5km (3.2 miles) long, mostly along well-defined paths, but with a few steeper sections that may prove challenging for some .

Taith cerdded Drefach
Taith Gerdded Dre-fach Felindre 🚶🏽♀️
Y man cychwyn yw'r Amgueddfa Wlân Genedlaethol, ac mae'r daith gerdded hudolus hon yn dilyn rhwydwaith helaeth yr hen lwybrau, traciau a ffyrdd porthmyn sy'n gweu eu ffordd drwy'r dyffrynnoedd coediog, ar hyd y nentydd, a thros dir amaethyddol, gan gysylltu'r melinau a'r ffermydd â'r pentrefi.
Maent yn arwain cerddwyr drwy goetir hynafol (sy'n dyddio'n ôl i 1600 o leiaf), heibio i gloddiau cyforiog o flodau, a chaeau agored sydd â golygfeydd bendigedig o'r dirwedd leol ac o harddwch Dyffryn Teifi.
Mae'r daith ei hun yn 5 cilometr (3.2 milltir), yn bennaf ar hyd llwybrau clir, ond ceir ambell ran fwy serth a allai fod yn heriol i rai
Gwasgwch ar y ddolen i ddysgu mwy am lwybrau cerdded amrywiol a hyfryd Sir Gâr a chrwydro'n lleol https://orlo.uk/01qa2
Gaeaf yn Sir Gar
Does dim rhaid i chi deithio'n bell i fwynhau cynhesrwydd dros y gaeaf. ❄️
Mae'r croeso yn Sir Gaerfyrddin yn ddilys ar unrhyw adeg o'r flwyddyn, ond mae rhywbeth arbennig iawn amdano yn ystod misoedd y gaeaf. Efallai bod hynny oherwydd tân coed cartrefol mewn bwthyn, neu gynhesrwydd tafarn leol ar ôl cerdded.
Dyma Sir Gâr yn y Gaeaf❤️

Winter in Carmarthenshire
You don’t have to go far to experience the warmth of winter. ❄️
The welcome in Carmarthenshire is genuine at any time of year, but there’s something extra special about it in the winter months. Maybe it’s the glow of a log fire in a charming cottage, or the warmth of a local pub after a crisp walk.
This is Carmarthenshire in winter❤️

Talley
Talley Abbey & walk 🥾🥾
Founded by one of Wales' most powerful Princes, Rhys ap Gruffydd, ‘The Lord Rhys', in the 1180s, Talley Abbey was established for the monks of the Premonstratensian order.
Unfortunately, the abbey was never completed due to a lack of funding, but the outline of the footings is there showing the scale of the design and the church tower, standing almost to its full height even today.
A visit to the abbey offers more than a historic voyage, it is nestled between Talley's twin lakes, and there’s a short woodland walk nearby offering breath-taking panoramic views in all directions.

Talyllychau
Talyllychau a Thaith Gerdded o gwmpas
Cafodd yr Abaty ei sefydlu ar gyfer mynachod yr Urdd Bremonstratensaidd yn y 1180au gan un o dywysogion mwyaf pwerus Cymru, Rhys ap Gruffydd, 'yr Arglwydd Rhys'.
Yn anffodus, ni chafodd yr Abaty ei gwblhau oherwydd diffyg arian, ond mae amlinelliad y safle yno sy'n dangos graddfa'r dyluniad a thŵr yr eglwys, sy'n sefyll bron i'w lawn uchder hyd yn oed heddiw.
Mae ymweliad â'r abaty yn cynnig mwy na thaith hanesyddol. Mae rhwng dau lyn Talyllychau ac mae taith gerdded fer drwy'r coetir gerllaw yn cynnig golygfeydd panoramig godidog i bob cyfeiriad.
