We currently have one Narrowboat for hire which sleeps up to 4 people, in addition we happily welcome up to 2 dogs on board. Not far from Carnforth, Tewitfield marina sits at the Northern end of the Lancaster canal which begins at Ashton basin in Preston. The Lancaster canal offers 40 miles of lock free cruising. Winding through fantastic countryside the canal provides excellent scenery and a plethora of photo opportunities, on route you will find many beautiful villages and towns complete with stunning mooring locations along with the historic cities of Preston and Lancaster. We operate throughout the year giving you the opportunity to experience the beauty of the canal with the changing seasons. Our boat is fully heated so even in the colder months you can cosy up inside or wrap up warm and explore the surrounding areas.
