A special mention for our own Charlene Dennison, who after almost 9 years training hard putting the commitment day in day out, never given up, achieved her 1st Dan Black Belt. Very proud coaches tonight.

Well done to all today in our fun Punch and Kick-athon, hours of kicks and punches all day long, thanks to everyone there and the ones out and about walking the streets rasing money for our team to go to the worlds. Thanks to all the support from local businesses.

Great turn out tonight in the kids class, the weather didn't stop anyone well done all.
