And so it happened ……..
Yogi Bears 1st Retreat 🎊 with the wonderful Helena Lavery - Conscious Evolution, bringing us Katonah Yoga and Andean Inka Wisdom with a plentiful supply of super delicious Cacao - Belfast Love Bombs. Alison Pascoe -Astrl Fibres, teaching us how to make amazing Macrame seasonal foraged wreaths. Delicious food was supplied by Tony of Leafy Greens in Warrenpoint. Thank you to all the very beautiful group of yogis that came, it was so lovely to meet you and have you stay. It was always my desire and dream to build a yoga, healing, well being and art studio at Bear Cottage for all to enjoy amidst the surrounding magic. I would sincerely like to thank my family, great neighbours, friends and incredible craftspersons and Father Cosmos and Pacha Mama our Earth Mother for making all this happen. 🥲 ❤️ 🧘‍♀️ 🐻❤️
