Mascalls Wood is right next door to Owley & is ideal for a short walk (about 20mins) through the trees which provide shelter from sun or rain, then back along the West Mendip Way with glorious views. We love this walk & it’s perfect if you prefer a wander rather than a hike around The Gorge 😆 🌳

Anyone for croquet? We may be adult only but that doesn’t mean you can’t bring the family! So many guests bring their grown up children for some quality family time 🥰 you are never too old for fire pits, BBQs & a few board games!
Caught this weekends guests taking advantage of an empty car park for a game of croquet - helped by the puppy 🤣 before a family trip to the village to stock up on local goodies- a perfect day 💚
