🎃Important Announcement: Halloween Event Update🎃

Hi All,

We regret to inform you that, due to some exciting personal news and logistical challenges, we will not be hosting our Halloween event this year. As many of you know, we’ve just welcomed our third baby, and with our small team (some of whom are away for the half-term), we simply don’t have the capacity to put on the event this time.

We understand this may be disappointing for those who look forward to our Halloween celebrations, and we appreciate your understanding and continued support. We’re excited to return with even more events in the future (when baby 3 is a little older), so please stay tuned for updates.

Our clientele are just like Venue Owners, and while we would love nothing more than a camping trip in woodland, we also love the fancy stuff occasionally! Here’s just a few ways we’ve made Essex Stays a 5* experience:

Congratulations to our new corporate client who this month celebrated ‘15 years in business’ at Essex Stays across an entire weekend with their team, close family, friends and children.

💭We hired Essex Stays for the weekend to celebrate 15 years in business!

Our team said it was the best weekend!

We also added the hosts package, this was brilliant, as they couldn’t do enough to help, kept the drinks flowing and was always cleaning.

From booking the event to cleaning nothing has been too much trouble from the team and really helped us have a smooth event and enabled us to relax and enjoy ourselves.

Did you know the venue has a Vanity Room with Five Hollywood Glamstations?

💕Brides and grooms, have you booked your 2025 dates because April through to September is our craziest time!

With so many enquiries landing for remaining 2024 dates, and lots of you in planning mode for 2025, here’s a few helpful reminders:

📆 peak season goes quickly, guests book upto 18m in advance (be organized if you want an April-September date)

💳 we accept all debit and credit cards (yes Amex too ✈️!)

💷 25% deposit to ‘secure dates’ which is FULLY REFUNDABLE if you change your mind upto 60days before arrival (flexibility to cancel 💪)

✨extras can be added at any time, you don’t need to know these at the time of booking (chef, cocktails, catering, hosts, decor, etc)

🛌 final guest numbers can be confirmed upto 7 days before arrival

Absolutely LOVE that this group ran our local Park Run in the City Centre before heading back to the venue for a well deserved dip in the hot tub ahead of an evening of great food, company and karaoke.

We’re the first to admit, we didn’t have A CLUE where you go “to buy trees” and then someone recommended local (💪) tree nursery

🌲Hundreds and hundreds of trees available to browse and choose on site, walking around, with expert guidance of their team

Just yesterday, we planted two more beautiful trees, with guidance from the experts on specimen, suitability, location, planting and staking. Always such a seamless experience and can’t recommend this local business enough!
