We run Forest Adventures for the whole community and hire out the Playhouse to groups to come and join in the fun! Our main work supports children with disabilities but our Forest Adventures are all inclusive for the whole community. In non Covid times we hire out our halls and play areas in the evenings and at weekends.

To Our Fantastic Yorda Community! 📢 We are amazed at the generosity and support we have been shown. We have raised over £6k in just two days. Unbelievable!! Will you help us take it further?! Please see below for a special video from Laura! Our Funding Costs To give you an idea of how we could use further funds raised, here is an outline of some of our ongoing costs - £5 gives us the much needed momentum that you believe in us and want us to keep the play, care and joy going! £20 would cover a session’s resources which includes a snack for our children, coffee and milk for parents and hard working teachers; we cater for 27 groups who visit us weekly for fun in the Forest and in the Playhouse £50 covers a whole half-term of play resources £100 covers new sensory equipment including therapy balls, swings etc £100 provides a family play session for up to 20 families for much needed respite and friendships at the weekend £200 would pay for gazebos for rain and sun shade £150 provides three forest adventures sessions for up to 68 children £450 would provide 6 bursary places at after school club per week. £800 covers 60 hours of our specialist one to one playscheme £1500 covers the next heating repair bill we are budgeting for in the autumn £2000 covers the rent for a month for our wonderful playhouse £6000 would pay for 2 adventure holidays We hope you will continue to spread the word and see how much further we can go! Our story
