#002 Property Checklist & Documentation ✅

It’s incredible how much info a property manager can hold in their head – and we are no different! But with the new directors onboard we need us all on the same page.

You see with Matt & Jack having already memorised details for numerous of their own properties, and Cary practically has the blueprints embedded in her brain to all of Reworks and more 🧠, well....it's now time to standardise the way we document them and get it all down on paper 📋✨.

As we expand and grow our team, we need to ensure we’re all fully in tune with every inch of each property. This isn’t just about scaling; it’s about maintaining the quality of service our guests expect and the attention to detail our landlords love 💼🏡.

Because lets be honest that service is ultimately the backbone of the business. Our motto is if we do such a good job for everyone owner and guest, the businesses reputation will proceed us.

So today, we took a time out to go through a few of our units with a fine-tooth comb, documenting every little detail 🔎🖊️. This way, every property will have the same clear, consistent records, allowing our new team members to jump right in without missing a beat! 🚀

It still shocks us to see some management companies never setting foot in the properties they manage 🙄. How can they expect to deliver top-notch service when they barely know the properties? 🌍

Lots of love for one of our newer properties. All reviews 10 out of 10 so far. It’s not surprising as it’s a fab place.
The old post office is directly outside Chester train station and also has a parking space. It’s 2 king size bedrooms and has a beautiful lounge and kitchen with floor to ceiling windows.
