CARIBBEAN CURRY by spicy blends
The most well known ones will be from Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago and Martinique. This is due to these islands having a large East Indian population. Not all Caribbean curries are particularly hot, some are fruity and may include mango or pineapple, some are more savoury using maybe okra or callaloo and the hit of heat will often come from a bottle of hot sauce liberally applied!!! https://tastecheshire.com/local-producers/my-spicy-blends/
