A personal favourite style of mine and no secret that western style has been on the rise in recent years especially in a modern city lifestyle. We believe one of the great things about western style clothing is that they are very versatile and original. And you can dress it up or dress it down, depending on the occasion. Let’s talk about summer tailoring and more specifically the options open to you in choice of colour.
Sure there’s nothing more classic than a beautiful bright navy or classic salt & pepper grey but why not consider more earthy tones such as to***co, taupe or this fantastic olive green.

It’s a very exciting time at and in general throughout tailoring & menswear.
The rules of classic tailoring are being bent and reinterpreted to be more relevant and practical in a modern world and the results are fascinating. The chore jacket featured is a style from our collection but made here from gun club check a cloth more associated with our classically formal style.
The result is a pieces that is so versatile in the many ways it can be worn… from T-shirt and jeans to grey flannels and layered over a blazer. By better, buy less!

Three piece light grey shark skin cloth from cut in a style more akin with the late 50’s early 60’s, crisp white cotton shirt, deep blue silk and wool knitted tie and finished with a simple squared off white silk pocket handkerchief.

With the inevitable change in the traditional work attire in the past few years we see the statement blazer taking centre stage as apposed to its more formal predecessor the two piece blue suit.

Always a pleasure to be sent wedding pictures to which we have been involved in taking an idea or colour scheme etc to completion.
Here Our client wanted a nod to traditional morning wear with the addition to of a classic ascot grey double breasted contrasting waistcoat worn under a more contemporary bright navy lounge suit. Forest green was used in the lining and tie to bring the look together in what was a subtle yet elegant set of wedding clothes.
