Wow…! With the recent warm weather and bright, sunny skies, we’ve been super-busy on the bookings front. 🌞
The first availability we now have is Monday 27th May. 🏕️
This year, there’s a slightly different feel in 2 of our accommodations…
The camping adventures have really taken off with 2 tents sited on raised decks, 4 bunks and lots of sleeping bags (for kids). All of this gives the site a great vibe and is sparkly, brand new for this year. ✨
The Swinekeeper’s Cottage and our Berkshire Shack have also had fabulous makeovers - photos to follow…

As the season draws to an end here at Little Pig and our lovely final guests have left, it’s time for a little reflection and optimism…
This year has been very busy with over 1500 guests choosing to stay with us.
🏕️We’ve hosted whole site bookings for family get-togethers, couples looking for a bit of peace and families who simply want a couple of nights away.
🌿Our site has continued to grow and flourish with planted greenery and on a sunny day it’s the most perfect place to lie on the grass with a good book.
🔥The hut has been a popular choice with Glampers who have shared fun and laughter around the fire.
🌞We could go on but now it’s time for a little forward planning…🌞
2024 is looking like it’s going to be an exciting one for us. We’ve been busy making lots of plans that will enhance our guest experience. Our beautiful emperor tents have been fabulous but after 2 seasons, they are showing signs of wear. Next year will see them replaced with 2 brand new tents which will provide a more adventurous feel. Instead of sofa beds we’ll have camping bunks for kids and there’ll still be sleeping capacity for up to 6 in each one with loads of room to spare. Fear not adults, you’ll still have a comfortable real bed!
Each tent will have a central communal area giving opportunities for chilling in a shared space.
We’re so excited about these changes and as a reflection of this, we’ve decided upon a little name change.

Well tonight we’re super excited…! Not only is it glorious weather but we’ve also had a new installation.
A fabulous tipi has arrived for our lovely guests to dine/relax and generally chill in. It’s going to be great for large groups when the weather isn’t quite so clement or welcoming for individual families too. We can’t wait for our guests to arrive this weekend.

We’re back! 🏕️ Well we will be on 1/5!
It’s been a totally productive day on site getting everything ready for our fabulous guests this season.
The tents are up ⛺️ and the grass 🌱 is freshly cut.
Looking forward to opening our gates to you all soon. 😊

It’s wet weather like this that will really make our little investment come into its own… Capable of seating up to 20 our gorgeous cabin is just the place to get together and celebrate in style. Fully equipped with a fire pit/bbq in the centre, our guests will be cosy all night long.

We are just loving these misty mornings here at Little Pig. We’ve closed for the season now which allows us to repair, replenish and refresh our lovely site.

As we have just over a month until our season ends here at Little Pig, we’d once again like to thank all of our guests, friends and followers for their continued support.
We’ve met some truly fabulous people this year and hopefully many of you have created lasting
memories.

🌞So many of you have enquired about next year and we are always very excited to look to the future and take new bookings.
🥂If you’re thinking of hiring our whole site, weekends in May 2023 are now taken.
🐖We have 1 weekend in June, 1 in July and just 2 weekends in August.
🌞Booking before we close for the season will entitle you to this year’s whole site discounted price of £700.

Wow… after a busy weekend hosting our fabulous first guests of the season, we’re looking to the months ahead.
We’ve got 2 brand new tents and 2 brand new, much larger shacks. The bunk beds have already proved a popular choice with our younger guests. All accommodations now have individual fire-pits where you can cosy up with the family toasting marshmallows. 🔥
The goats have been fed and walked and our latest addition - Colin - is a real hit! 😊
Brian our resident peacock has inspected the grounds and he fully recommends our field walks. 🦚
2022 is predicted to be a busy one with many choosing to return to stay with us and for this we’re very grateful.
All of our weekends are full now and we have just a few gaps midweek in August.
