Indoor Pool – Operational Changes for 2025

Owners Only Swim Session intakes Are Back for 2025!

Following a circa 200K investment in the Indoor pool reception, flow and filtrations systems that is nearing completion, we are thrilled to announce Daily Owners Only Swim Session intakes slots for the 2025 season, these will offer you exclusive, early access to the pool daily all season.

These slots will be for Privilege Card Holders – Owners and Friends and Family Card holders as well as directly signed in visitors and friends of owners that are accompanied by a Privilege card holder.

These will be bookable sessions so a booking will be required for all swimmers - you can make these up to 5 weeks in advance on a rolling calendar at owners.haven.com

In short, these pool intakes are as follows:

🗓️ Opening Dates: March 1st - November 30th

Off-Peak Hours (Monday - Friday)
Pool opens for privilege Card and Friends and Family card holders at 09:00
Owners: 4 Intakes

Holiday Guests will be able to book and access the pool from 10:00

Peak Times & Saturday and Sunday all season

Holiday Guests will be able to book and access the pool from 09:00

Walk in’s (people wanting to swim that have not booked but have the appropriate passes) will be permitted access subject to bather loads and lifeguard availability, daily from 09:00 and 10:00 respectively as well.

Also, as in previous years, Owners & Friends & Family Card holders have exclusive, early access, to each and every swimming intake slot, all day long including peak weeks and Summer Holidays. These intake time slots are available to be booked 1 week prior to going live to Holiday Guests.

Privilege Pass holders can book swimming slots up to 5 weeks in advance, on a rolling calendar.

You can continue to pre-book up to 14 sessions per week (Monday-Sunday). Each person swimming will count as 1 session. This means that if you are a family of 4, you can pre-book to swim 3 times in the same week, which will use 12 of the sessions. Or, if you were a couple (2 people for instance - the 2 owners of the holiday home) you can pre-book to swim 7 times in the same week)

Are you coming to Pagham this weekend?

We really hope to see you over the weekend.

We will have the kettle on and lots of friendly team are looking forward to saying hi and hearing about your Christmas break and all that you have been up to.

If you do visit, you will see lots and lots of activity underway on resort.

To list a few things you may see and wonder what is going on:

•There are huge diggers making changes to the central area to make more space for fun activities for the kids to play and enjoy

•A huge scaffold is over the listed building and laundrette so that we can remove the existing roof and install a new one as well as do essential age-related decay repairs

•A huge trench around the indoor pool where we are making large scale improvement to the pool water circulation and filtration system

•Swathes of gas box upgrades and electrical upgrades underway on plots

•Some minor changes to the Mash and Barrel

•Renovations underway for a new pool reception

•New air conditioning in the Owners gym

•Paint, paint, paint and more paint but the offices are all dry now so don’t worry

Pop into reception for a chat if you want to find out more—we’re here and the gates are open for you to go to your beloved holiday homes 9am – 5pm 7 days a week.

We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to the Church Farm team – our Owner Events Co-ordinator and Guest Experience Support, Laura! 🎉

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Laura.

Coming from an Entertainment (Butlins Redcoat) and Marketing background, Laura is excited to join the Haven family and bring a new flare to your experience as a valued owner!

In her spare time, you will find Laura either at the theatre catching up with the latest musical or having some chill time playing on her beloved Nintendo Switch....

Laura's personal goal for 2025 is to become a Dog Mum! Any recommendations on breed will be gratefully received!

She looks forward to meeting you all during the 2025 season 😁

You can earn a £325 lettings bonus in 2025 by letting through Haven on Fixed or Flexi lettings.

Following Storm Darragh last week, we’ve inspected the park, and we’re pleased to let you know that everything is in good shape!

Apart from a few fence panels that were brought down, there’s no other serious damage to report.

Wow, 1 December is here! We Cannot quite believe how quick this season has gone!

Today, the gates close for another year, and we want to thank each and every one of you for making this season great! We hope you’ve created unforgettable memories and enjoyed quality time with your loved ones.

The gates will be closed until 3rd January, when we’ll reopen daily between 9am – 4pm, and you’ll be able to come to the park and check in your holiday homes. Don’t forget to pop into the office to say hello and enjoy a tea or coffee with us—we’d love to catch up!

In the meantime, while most of the team takes some well-earned annual leave, our maintenance and security teams will be hard at work, ensuring the park stays safe and ready for the new year.

We were super excited to welcome Team GB Olympic archer Megan Havers to Church Farm! Megan first tried archery here almost 10 years ago when on holiday with her family! She returned to help out with some archery sessions and share her incredible journey to joining Team GB for the Paris 2024 Olympics! It was an amazing experience for everyone to hear about her dedication, hard work, and passion.

Thank you to everyone who attended Wine Club on Saturday! We had such a great time with amazing company, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Special thanks to all who participated in the wine raffle—we raised £250 for Cancer Research 💜 We’re already looking forward to next year! Cheers! 🍷
