Owners Only Weekend Activities on Park! 🎉

Join us for some fun activities just for Owners! Here’s what’s coming up:

Festive Pottery Creations in the Creative Studio 🎨

16 November: Sessions at 10am, 12pm, and 2pm

17 November: Session at 10am

23 November: Sessions at 10am and 12pm

24 November: Session at 10am

Get creative and make some festive pottery – You'll decorate a fun pottery item of your choice with our colourful paint in this crafty session. One festive item is included in the price of the session. There are other items available and you can choose to upgrade to these on the day. These items cost a little more and the extra is paid at the session. Once you've painted your item with your own design, we'll pop the pottery in the kiln to dry and you can collect them a day or two later to take home with you. This will make the perfect gift or souvenir!

🔹Getting ready for a busy weekend – A Few Important tweaks 🔹

We are making a few changes for this weekend to make it as smooth as possible at a very busy time. We will be trailing this for Friday, Saturday and Sunday this weekend.

🔶Doors open Early in the Show bar – From 4:00 pm🔶

◼Doors will open early at 4pm – this will allow early access to secure a good table and make bingo ticket sales and first drinks smooth – this will also ensure the programme can run to time.

◼Bingo Ticket sales will be from 4.15pm – it should be a whopper! Woop Woop

🔶Bingo – Eyes Down change of time🔶

◼Eyes down at 5pm not 5:15 as usual – all weekend

🔶Early Children’s entertainment🔶

◼The Children’s entertainment will start immediately after the Bingo finishes

🔶Push Chairs – Permitted in the Show Bar after 7:30 pm only🔶

◼To create a safe environment and make some extra space for people we are not going to permit push chairs to go in the Show Bar venue until 7:30 pm.

◼Push chairs are welcome in the Mash and Arcade but the show bar -it is simply too busy to allow them in before 7:30 pm. These chairs compromise fire exits, fire escape routes and our ability to served you drinks at the busiest times of the busiest nights. We ask for your support on this issue.

◼We are happy to store fold up chairs near the entrance of the show bar doors if you really need them for later – Ideally consider leaving at the caravan or in the car this weekend.

🔶No saving chairs or tables🔶

◼We ask at this busy time that you do not send a table reservation party to secure your 20 Charis and 4 tables for later. Please be present and in person when taking space in the about to be busy venue… Of course, you can nip to have a dance and or use the arcade games – even use the toilets which will be inevitable… just please don’t be that person that sends one scout at 4:30 to save lots or tables for use later. Security will be enforcing this rule this weekend for the good of all that want to use the venues.

🔶Come early or later to avoid disappointment🔶

◼We know from experience (so wanted to share with al the owners) that shortly after 5pm it is unlikely there will be any table and chairs left in the Show bar – so arrive early to avoid disappointment.

◼We also know that immediately following the Children’s entertainment some tables and chairs do come free – so, you could decide, when planning the weekend, to avoid the Show bar Venue or simply plan to arrive later for the great show and entertainment. Generally, pressure on the room subsides shortly after 7:00 pm. Why not plan for some arcade time or even a meal in the Mash if you plan to arrive between 5-7pm.

Show off your spooky costumes in the Fancy Dress Parade & Competition, have some photos with the Seaside Squad and join in with some fun and games!

🍽️ The Mash and Barrel is open all day for food, and the showbar will be open for those all important drinks!

Please note: No homemade food or outside drinks are permitted inside the complex.

🎃👻 Best Dressed Caravan Halloween Competition! 👻🎃

It's time to get spooky! We love seeing all of the holiday homes dressed up for Halloween, and we can't wait to see what you’ve got this year!

🕸️ Whether it's cobwebs, creepy lights, or ghoulish decorations, show us your Halloween spirit by decking out your caravan for our Best Dressed Caravan competition!

The team will be out in the afternoon of 30 October and the winner will be announced later in the day!

The winner will receive a £50 voucher to use in the Mash & Barrel Restaurant

We were super excited to welcome Team GB Olympic archer Megan Havers to Church Farm!

Megan first tried archery here almost 10 years ago when on holiday with her family!

She returned to help out with some archery sessions and share her incredible journey to joining Team GB for the Paris 2024 Olympics!

It was an amazing experience for everyone to hear about her dedication, hard work, and passion.

What an incredible Caribbean party we had this weekend! 🌴☀️ Lots of fun in the sun with fantastic vibes all around. Huge thanks to the amazing steel drum Band and the Reggae Reggae Magic Band for setting the perfect tropical mood on Saturday. Then we had the Ska Mad Band on Sunday! Special shout out to Kat Tabern from our Entertainments Team for stepping in and doing an awesome set too!
