As we are now in crazy busy season I want everyone to be happy , relaxed and chilled in the grooming salon and that includes myself.
So I’m asking if everyone can …

BE ON TIME . I won’t be able to accommodate anyone who is late as I’m to busy.
NO SHOWS. Full payment will be needed for this before booking in again and that won’t be until mid January.
PAYMENTS. Can you please pay on the day of your dogs groom as I don’t have time to keep sending reminders.
PICK UP TIME. If you can all try and collect your dogs on time , I love having them all but it gets a bit to much In December trying to groom and also run a doggy day care.
