Duxbury Park Golf Club is looking for a dedicated Casual Greenkeeper to join our hardworking team! If you have a passion for maintaining pristine outdoor spaces and love golf, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

🌟 Position Details: 🌟
Role: Casual Greenkeeper
Hours: 30 hours per week
Pay: £11.44
Location: Duxbury Park Golf Club

Being eager to learn, physically fit for this physical role and work as a team is preferable.
Due to the nature of the position, you must be available to work early starts and weekend cover.
Duties include:
Driving range maintenance and ball collections
Assisting with presentation around the entire estate including the golf course, clubhouse and surrounding areas
General maintenance and upkeep of the golf course
Cutting greens, fairways and rough using ride-on mowers
Bunker edging and raking
Strimming and use of handheld power tools
Requirements of successful candidate:
Good Communicator
Friendly disposition
Keen eye for detail
Interest in golf or greenkeeping preferred but not essential

The greens have had some light maintenance on them this morning. Verticul Cut / Grooming this process helps to lightly remove built up organic matter and stands the grass up to provide a better cut from the greens mowers which in hand provides a smoother ball roll. 🏌

The restaurant is idyllically situated in the grounds of the old Duxbury Hall Estate. This historic location boasts scenic walks through picturesque woodland & the old Halls beautiful walled gardens. Also, Duxbury Park's 18 Hole championship Golf Course sits right on the doorstep. Nineteen Duxbury Park is now available to hire for private functions and parties. This includes Birthdays, Weddings, Christenings & theme nights. It offers a fully licensed bar (open until 1am), farm house accommodation & catering for your whole function (see our buffet menus in the 'food & menus' album). The restaurant is situated just minutes from the M61 junction 8, and 10 minutes from the M6 junction 27. There are also over 200 free car parking spaces available for patrons.
