Set in 22 acres of rural Devon countryside, we offer you a slice of Devon life on a working smallholding farm; children can help collect eggs, say hi to the cattle, ponies, lambs, pigs and chickens.
Our architect designed contemporary barns offer stylish accommodation with open plan living. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is great for friends and families to cook, eat and relax together with comfy sofas and a warming wood burner with logs and Smart TV. It’s a great place to stay at any time of the year. The kitchen area is well fitted and has an island unit, with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A separate WC can also be found on the ground floor with a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. This property is furnished and equipped in a contemporary style and has the convenience of underfloor heating on the ground floor. There are three bedrooms to choose from, the first of which a super-king-size with an en-suite shower room with WC which is found on the ground floor. Heading up to the first floor up the stairs you have two further bedrooms, a twin and a super-king-size. A bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC completes the accommodation.
Outside to the rear of the property is an enclosed lawn area surrounding the property. Towards the front on the property there is a shared BBQ area with two tree swings, fire pit and hammock, where you can enjoy some al fresco dining on the rustic furniture. Walk down across the meadow to find a fenced wildlife pond with cosy shelter, children must be accompanied when using this area. There is also off-road parking for up to two cars.
