This lakeside retreat is suitable for up to six guests; a family break or a friendly getaway. There are two cosy sofas, a couple of leather chairs and a dining table that seats six. There is a flat screen 32" TV with Freeview, DVD player and DAB radio. A selection of recent DVDs are also available. The rear wall of the ground floor is virtually all glass to make the most of the view. The fully eq
uipped kitchen opens onto the dining/ living area with a cooker, fridge/ freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and a selection of cook books. Also downstairs is a shower room with WC and basin. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom with king size bed overlooks the lake with a floor to ceiling window to make the most of the view. There is also a second double bedroom and a twin room. Modern bathroom with bath with rose shower over, WC and basin. Outside is a fabulous deck with gate overlooking the lake with steps down to the BBQ, lawn and the edge of the lake. On the deck is a dining table and chairs for six, parasol, lounge set and two sun loungers. A travel cot, high chair, bed guard, changing mat and flexi gate are available at no extra charge. On Spring Lake there is a brasserie and gym (fee payable) both with views over the lake, a childrens play area and the opportunity to waterski or wake board on the lake in the summer season. A ten minute walk from Spring Lake is a Spa at the local hotel for a relaxing treatment or a dip in the pool. Sailing, kayaking, fishing lake and tackle shop are also in walking distance. Also in the Water Park is the opportunity to cable ski, water zorbing, and go paddleboarding. There are many walking routes and cycle trails in the vicinity. Horseriding, paintballing and golf are a short drive away as well as as the largest inland beach in the UK and ariel adventures at the Country Park. Explore the quintessentially English honey-coloured villages that punctuate the Cotswolds landscape - Broadway, Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water, to name but a few. Explore their pretty streets, brimming with delightful shops selling antiques, gifts and other quality goods, along with fine dining restaurants, traditional pubs and olde-worlde tea shops. There are some splendid towns and cities too such as Oxford, Bath and Cheltenham.
