Downstairs - large open plan living and dining space, kitchen, cloakroom. Facilities - gas hob, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, iron & ironing board, central heating, all crockery, cutlery a

nd utensils. Wifi, TV, DVD, Wii sports console, Ipod/Iphone docking station, boules set, games compendium. Upstairs - 4 bedrooms, all with views over lake and gardens, 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom with super kingsize bed, en suite, walk in wardrobe, and Juliet balcony. Double bedroom with kingsize bed. Twin bedroom. Family bathroom. All bedlinen, bath towels and hand towels provided. Outside - large deck around 3 sides, with dining area, outdoor lounging area and hammock. Parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no smoking at this property. One well behaved dog permitted (dogs must be kept on a lead on site, and you must clear up any mess after your pet). Surrounded by well maintained, landscaped gardens. On site - 3 tennis courts, games pavilion, table tennis pavilion, large outdoor draughts, childrens play area with zip wire, boules piste. Nearby - outdoor watersports centre, hiking and mountain biking trails, waterskiing lake and tuition, horse riding, extensive fishing, golf, Lakeside bar and brasserie, 4* Four Pillars Hotel & Spa, Cotswold visitor centre and plenty of good local pubs and attractions.
