Downstairs there is

a living room and fully equipped kitchen. A cot is available on request. Outside there is a small private patio garden, table and chairs. Access, through agreement, is available to the wider garden and the orchard with glorious views to the south. Pets are welcome and parking is provided on the gravel driveway.

The location is rural rolling Cotswold countryside, a car is essential. Burford, Lechlade on Thames, Fairford, Cirencester and Witney are near bye country towns with Oxford and Cheltenham about 23 miles away on the A40.

Planters Studio is looking for a tenant for a long term rental, (minimum 6 months), starting 1st March 2022. If you are interested please message this page for additional information.
In addition to the photos attached the 1st floor double bedroom has an adjoining dressing room that includes a sofa bed for occasional overnight guests and this room may also be arranged as a home office.
The tenant will have access to the 1 acre cottage garden that includes the summer room/bar, (approximately 7m x 5m).
