Hot horse showers 🚿

Being in the equine business we like to support other companies, however I feel this company really needs a mention and not for the good!

‼️What a scam of a company!‼️
Now we brought a ‘pet jet’ / ‘pony jet’ from them. Yes I had seen all the bad press but there were a few (a small amount of) good reviews. So thought I would give the benefit of the doubt.

BIG MISTAKE

When the unit finally arrived (took weeks) it pi**ed out a tiny tiny bit of Luke warm water 💧

30 day money back guarantee…..yea right!

After FINALLY getting a return address, they have received the unit back and now blocked any form of contact and ignoring emails plus request from our bank.

This has now been going on months.

But let this be a warning to anyone thinking about purchasing from these con artists!

Run in the other direction or go and by a watering can attached to solar panel as that would be better than the pony jet!

I have been informed that unfortunately Veva had to be PTS. This is a devastating result for everyone involved. As larmas go she was clearly very much loved and will be sadly missed. ♥️

So this evening was a bit of a rush to get to Veva the larma.
Veva had a nasty accident today and broke her leg. Veva lives at greenlandgroveanimalsanctuary, this is funded by donations and money raising. I have put a link below if you wish to donate to help Veva.

Unfortunately, we have a very small handful of clients that we will no longer deal with .

These are mostly on self drive hire and not being honest and very deceptive .
We have had a lot of damage done to our horseboxes this year and although 99% of clients are very apologetic and we know accidents happen and that it’s part of the job.

I don’t think many people are aware of how expensive it is to run a self drive fleet. When one gets damaged, it is then off run and we have to cancel any other hires booked in.

I have got a blacklist with one client from this year probably being one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with in the 15 years of doing this business . If you are another transport company or anything to do with the equine trade, I will happily forward on my list so you don’t have the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with these type of clients.

Not all of our jobs are sunshine and rainbows.
We often get called out to rescue cases where animals have been seized for living in bad conditions.
This is throwback but unfortunately we do this sort of thing all the time but rarely post because we don’t want to intervene the court process.
This is a couple of years ago and the owner has since been to court.
Sometimes these situations can get heated and the police have to get involved
EDIT. That is not mud, that is years of poo and urine, the smell was stinging my eyes
