My regular guests would be passed on to the new owner to carry on letting if wanted. Some have been going for the last 6yrs.

Site fees for 2023 £5195 possibly one of the cheapest fees on palm springs due to owning the caravan for a while.

New owner will take on my licence at the reduced rate and negotiate with haven a new fee once the licence comes to an end.
