home from home with large free standing leather corner suite, fully fitted and equipped kitchen which includes integrated appliances such as large fridge/freezer, and washer/dryer, microwave, 5 ring hob and fitted oven. The front doors open on to the large wrap around decking, which has a lockable gate, and is south facing. There are 3 bedrooms, bathroom with lovely power shower, there is also en suite to the main bedroom. Two twin bedrooms, with smart TVs. Central heating is run from a 2 year old domestic style boiler, gas is piped so no gas bottles to worry about . The TV in the lounge is a Samsung 43ā smart TV, WIFI is included. Dining table in the kitchen. Nobody in front or behind, just the lovely view to admire while sat on the decking! We do allow well behaved dogs but throws are provided to put on the settee but if they are anything like our dog, they will just want to sit on the decking watching the world go by. You will need to purchase entertainment passes if you need to use the swimming pool and other certain facilities, you can do this on arrival. Iām not sure of the situation at the moment due to any COVID restrictions still in place. All will be clearer as the new season starts. All bedding is provided but towels are not provided. Minimum 3 night stay. Check in from 2pm. Check out 10am. Golf course on site

There are some lovely pubs just outside the site within walking distance to eat and drink, Also lots of beautiful villages and country parks. If you decide to have a night in there are many takeaways that deliver straight to the caravan, you can also get shopping delivered to save you a trip! Cleethorpes is a lovely busy little resort and has lots to see and do with some lovely places to eat out, it also has received the Blue Flag award for its beaches. You will be asked to pay a Ā£100 deposit to secure your booking and is also a damage deposit, this will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided the caravan is left in a clean and undamaged condition. Please contact me for your preferred dates or check the calendar. Full payment is required 6 weeks before your holiday date. If full payment not received then the deposit will not be returned and the holiday will be re-let. All monies will be refunded if Covid restrictions by the government means your holiday is cancelled,
