Ken received his Landescape Tandem over Easter, having lost his sight over the past 30 years and rides with several front riders. This Tandem was his third and one that fit his height superbly.

For those eagle-eyed out there, you will see that there are two stems on the front and rear to accommodate the various riders.

Kitted out with Shimano Di2 1 x 11 with Gates Carbon Belt on a Middleburn chainset with 175mm rear cranks.

One of our customers takes his Surly Neodrive up a long off-road trail fully loaded but he tells us the e-assist of our Neodrive system is a blast, silent and so natural to cycling that he knows, so much so we updated his Dawes Tandem too!

The E-assist is supplied with European-manufactured Neodrive with a 620Wh battery and five levels of assistance. Silent too.

We are now able to offer any Tandem owners the opportunity to upgrade to a VEER Belt Drive on their X-Over Tandem chainset. The belt is made to fit any length - centre to centre - and any spider be it a 5/4-bolt position or any BCD.

No need to lubricate or indeed adjust the tension on your X-Over once you have a Belt Drive!

Kevin and Angela who are a combined age of 151 have just finished their Spain Tour End-to-End. 1,363km and 14,304m (46929 feet) of climbing.

They felt like celebrities everywhere they went as tandems seemed to be rarer than white rhinos in Spain!

People just stopped us to say they loved the bike and what a great colour it was.

In the meantime new handbuilt to size, and colour and built with our Neodrive E-assist fully European manufactured start from £6700, and conversions for your current Tandem to Neodrive (subject to visual) from £2250.

Photos below show a Landescape e-assist Tandem 1 x 11 Shimano Deore, Hope Tech 4 Brakes, and 625Wh battery, the Dawes Galaxy Twin is a conversion with Neodrive.
